The Supreme Court has quashed the decision of the Tamale High Court that ordered the re-run of the Parliamentary elections in Kpandai.
The apex court ordered, in a 4-1 decision, with Justice Gabriel Pwamang dissenting, the order of certiorari granted by the Tamale High Court, Commercial Division, dated 24th November 2025, be quashed.
“All consequential orders are equally quashed,” the court added.
The court has set February 6, 2026 to deliver its full reasons for its decision.
Mr Matthew Nyindam, Member of Parliament for Kpandai, says he is going back to Parliament to serve the people.
